Send Mail Errors

Hello everyone,
I have a question about sending emails using the Jira Send Mail function.
I'm sending an email to a user group that I created especially for sending emails. The mail is correctly sent to all users in the group.
After sending I get a confirmation screen that I can confirm with OK.
That's fine so far.
But, when I click on OK then, a 404 error page appears. If I leave this error page with the back button, I get a message "XSRF Security Token Missing".
What happend here? How can this be prevented?
