Select List translation

Im using jira in Japanese mainly, and have to translate select list from Japanese to English.

How can I make the list in Japanese for Japanese and English for foreigners?

Natively, Jira doesn't have that opportunity.

I think the solution types are these.

1. Make each select-list option bilingual — including both Japanese and English in the same value. (e.g, 修正済み / Fixed)

2. Find any add-ons in the Marketplace, like Install Multilingual Custom Fields for Jira or Translation for Jira Service Management.
