Seeking Documentation and a Glossary

Hello everyone! 

I am seeking two documents please:

1) Data Schema pertaining specifically to Jira Cloud

2) Request/Ticketing Glossary 

Thank you in advance for anyone who may be able to share insight. I found the Data Schema for the on site Jira Servers, just unable to locate the Data Schema for the Jira Cloud. In regards to the Atlassian Request/Ticketing Glossary, looking for a clear list and breakdown of the relevant terms.

There is not any Database schema information for Jira Cloud as the database is not accessible in any way, so the documentation you would want to look into for integrations and glossary terms would be under the developer documentation for Rest/Java API integrations, or connect add-on integrations available at the Developer documentation spaces via the link below, which is broken out into sections per application on the cloud platform:
