I met some problem when I tried to log in my Jira and it showed as follows. Can anyone help me to log in or provide the contact email for my administrator?

This is a user community, where we are users of our own Atlassian instances. We have no visibility into what Atlassian instance you are accessing or who the administrators of it are.

I recommend you start by contacting the people that told you to access the Atlassian instance originally.

If the Atlassian product instance is one operated by your employer, you could also try reaching out to the technical support team of your employer.

Hi @Rebecca Yang Looks like this issue is related to SSO or user access. Try logging in via an incognito window or clearing cache. If it persists, ask your Jira admin to verify your Jira product access.
