See comments in descending order

I changed the Configuration setting ( advanced configuration) for jira.issue.actions.order to desc and still the comments are showing in ascending order.

Can you switch to old issue view and check the comments order.

Below document tells that "We're rolling out a new view with a consistent appearance across Jira and one screen to view and edit. Currently, you can't change the default order of comments in the new issue view."

Also i have verified this and working fine with old issue view.
