(Security question) DLP Issue with Jira & Confluence in Azure

Hi to all,

I have to deploy, for a customer, Jira and Confluence in Azure.

My intention is to use the Azure marketplace arm template but my customer is complain about security.

He scare about some bad admin can connect to backend DB from frontend and copy the data.

Do we have any possibility to block this scenario?

I was thinking about Always Encrypted feature but I am not sure if Jura and Confluence support this Azure SQL feature.

About file data I was thinking to use Team Secret, but i didn't understand if there is a version for Confluence as well.
