Having issues linking my new winauth to my old confluence
Dear Linda,
I would ask you to create a ticket in our support system at https://syracom-bee.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 . My colleagues will be happy to help with regaining access to the system.
With kind regards,
Alexander Küken
You'll need to explain - what are the "issues linking"? Where are you stuck and what are you seeing?

changed computers and now I have to use winauth to get a secure log in pin, I can not set up winauth because I do not have my secret code which was lost with my old PC and I can not log in to my confluence

We can't help you with your systems authorisations, it's nothing to do with Confluence directly. Confluence is using another system for authentication, and you need help with that (unless you have system access to Confluence and simply wish to switch it off for all users and use a plain login)
You will need to talk to the administrators of your "winauth" system to get new codes.

Remember that Confluence and Jira gives you a key/code/qr code when you do secure log in for the first time. That is the code I need and it's not with winauth
