Searching for time related tasks

Hi community.

We are using one single jira project to monitor certain automatic tasks. If a task was executed, an email is published to a mailbox and Jira is collecting that Email.

Now, I want to create 2 filters and a dashboard, where i can see all tickets which were created every day before e.g. 5 am and all tickets after 5 pm.

I tried several advanced filter options but did not find the right one? Does anyone have an idea how to handle this?
