how would you imagine being able to select a story? I'm trying to imagine a solution but don't really understand the use case or concept of this.

The case is that my collegue has many Topics and therefore he wants to see how only one Topic is going on - jbl is no opportunity as i cant put in a field to insert a Story Name or?

If you don’t need it to be dynamic then just add a quick filter. You can edit the quick filter as needed with time. The quick filter could be done directly with the issue ID or you could use labels. The later would allow the individual to manage what is shown on the board themselves without editing the quick filter by adding/removing ‘my-stories’ label.
the other option is to have the individual create their own board and manage it themselves.
