Our issue summaries have text such as the example below:

"[I-5520][ID] EPIC: Big Updates & Redesign on SEO pages, page structures"

But, if I try to search for "5520", i get no result

If i search "I-5520", the result appears.

Is there a way to search for only "5520" text fragment and get the result?

The reason is, if we cannot find the issue by using "5520", then I will need to guess the prefix letter e.g. "A-5520", "B-5520", C-5520" and so on. This makes the search unusable.

Hi @Alex Tan

How and where are you performing this search? Also, you haven't said whether it's cloud or server, which may make a difference. I'm using cloud.

I have just tried putting your text into a summary field on a ticket and searching from the board search

It's probably best you give some more info and then we can try to answer
