Hello,
When trying to search for a specific ticket by #, the search functionality is not working. We are able to look up ticket #'s via the backlog but not on the main board. All other search functionality is working, such as by ticket name/title.
Hi @Luke Jarvis
Do you use ABC-123 format or just 123?
SAKIIO-### is the current format. Even when I type "SAK", none of the tickets will appear.

What happens if you don't fill in the search field? Do you see any tickets?

@Luke Jarvis can you make a screenshot?

This snip has two images. The top is when searching "SA" and the bottom is when searching "SAK".

So it works partially. Is there a similar problem in other projects?
If you enter more than 3 characters, will the search work?

It works for searching the title of a ticket. But not the ticket number formatted "ABC-123". As mentioned, this functionality still works when in backlog or list, just not the board. @Oleksii Melnyk

From your description it looks like a bug. I checked it on my instance and the search works fine. Maybe you should open a ticket for Atlassian support.
