I was using searchURL to get results from a filter. It was working fine for a few days and returned all the fields of the issues. However, recently, due to some permission changes, this search URL now returns only issue IDs instead of the full issue details

The issue is likely due to permission changes. To fix it:

  1. Check Permissions: Ensure you have access to all issue fields in the Permission Scheme.
  2. Review Issue Security: Make sure issues aren't restricted by issue security levels.
  3. Adjust Filter Sharing: Confirm the filter is shared with users who have permission to view all fields.

Test with admin access to confirm if it's a permissions issue.

What do you mean by "search URL"?

Are you using the Jira Cloud REST API? If so, which end-point?

Hi @vishnu palani ,

Welcome to the community !!

In your filter results, try to add the required fields in the columns. i.e. Scroll to the right end of the filter results, click on "+" and select the fields you wish to see under "My defaults".
