Hi Sergio,
yes, probably is possible. Official search in Jira is based on Apache Lucene indexing. There is no official document or plugin on how to use and set Elasticsearch to search in Jira.

I found a plugin that uses Elasticsearch for some search -Elastic Log for Jira.

I have yet to find another plugin, which is not available from the official Atlassian Marketplace, so its use is at your own risk - JIRA River Plugin for Elasticsearch.
