Scrolling to the bottom of a kanban board duplicates all cards infinitely

Pretty self explanatory.  All our Jira Kanban boards have this issue.

Simply scrolling to the bottom of a Kanban column duplicates all cards, keep scrolling and it keeps duplicating forever.  Very annoying.

We are using JIRA v7.10.2 How to stop this?  Anyone else seen this?

WOW! that is a totally awesome feature and totally bizzare. :-)

This has to be a browser issue. Please clear the cache, quit the browser and reopen, try again. Also, check w/ another browser. If happening in other browsers my next guess would be an addon conflict.

Every browser for every Jira user in the company?  I doubt that.  This existed before I got here and every single person I have asked about it at the company has the exact same issue on every kanban board they use.

Will try other browsers and report back.

Tried Safari - No dice same issue.

Removed ALL browsing data from Chrome - No Dice Same issue.

Reconfirmed with my coworkers they all have the exact same issue in all tested browsers.
