Welcome to the Community!

This is not the fault of Scriptrunner.   You have upgraded your Jira, or removed the Jira Software application from it, moving to a version that does not have the classes your script is calling in it anymore.

You'll need to put those classes back, or rewrite your script so that it uses classes that are available to it in your new system.
