Salesforge is not able to create new projects. Why is it not able to create new boards and items

I have been trying to create new projects in SalesForge and it sees an error because it not able to create new boards and default items. When I exit and re-enter the app, new new project appears but it it indicates a project creation failure. It also indicates that I don't have access to the space even though I am an adminstrator and it indicates that the "Project Creation Failed: Cannot create boards and default items: Uknown error"

Hi,

This usually indicates a partial project creation where the project is created but the default boards/items fail to provision. The access warning can also occur if permissions or space roles were not fully applied during setup.

Please check the following:

* Confirm you have full admin rights for both the app and the target space
* Refresh permissions or re-add yourself to the space/project
* Check if the default board/template creation step failed
* Try creating the project with a different template (if available)
* Log out and back in, or try an incognito window
* Ask another admin to attempt creation

If the project appears but shows errors, it may need cleanup or reconfiguration. If the issue persists, contact the app/vendor support with logs or screenshots, as it may be a backend provisioning issue.
