Safari instantly reloads whole page after opening an issue in modal view

I'm experiencing a weird behaviour in Safari 16.5.1 and also Firefox 114.0.2 running on macOS 13.4.1:

1. Click on an arbitrary issue in the board view
2. Issue opens in modal view
3. Whole page reloads instantly
4. Issue is than displayed in modal view

I already logged out / logged in and cleared the associated cache and cookies.

Does anyone have the same problem?

Searched around similar entries and tried to deactivate add-ons. After deactivating Advanced Custom Fields, the described behaviour was gone.

To be honest, I don't know if this add-on was causing the problem.

For now, everything is working as expected.
