SSO not working for JIRA and crowd

I have configured jira and sso on different VMs,integrated there users and groups also. Edited seraph-confg.xml and crowd properties also. Now after  SSO only crowd users should be able to login to jira but thats not happening my Jira user is still able to login into the same which should not happen.all authentication tests are also successful

@Saurabh Raut Did you disable / commented out the JIRASeraphAuthenticator in seraph-config.xml file?

yes.

• commented out jiraseraph in seraph.xml
• copied crowd.properties from crowd to jira in WEB-INF/classes
