SSO for Atlassian - enforce redirect to IDP

How to enforce redirect to IDP when a user is trying to access jira BASE URL (SP) in the SSO for Atlassian Plugin.

I already configure the SSO via this Plug-in  I ask regarding "enforcing Redirect to IDP" 

Currently, when user is accessing SP he needs and he is now authenticated he will need to click on log in only then he will be redirected.

we want that in case he is not authenticated he will not need to click on log in he will directly be redirected to IDP
