SQL Query to get list of projects and workflows linked to issuetype in the project

I am looking for SQL Query (or Groovy script) to get  the list of projects and workflows linked to issuetype in the project.

Please let me know if any one has the query.

You can find some information here but be aware that's not recommended to make direct database queries.

Try to use the API it's better.
