Hi, I have a problem. I'm trying to create SLA rules. I need to define conditions for two different calendars.
1. classic support from 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
2. increased support from 8:00 - 20:00 Monday to Sunday
I want to define that if the new type Bug => Incident A, Incident B, Incident C is marked Increased_support, calendar 2 will be used.
If it is not marked Increased_Support, calendar 1 is used.
I have it configured like this:
But unfortunately it still doesn't work as I would like. Respectively, SLA is not displayed.
