SAML customer provisioning from Azure

Every time I search for documentation on auto-provisioning of new customers from Azure AD (already connected), I get a commercial from a third party provider. 

Can someone from Atlassian tell me definitively that auto-provisioning our new staff from Azure is not possible without an add-on?

Azure AD is the 3rd on the list of supported IdP's so the answer is yes it is possible. You will still have to pay for Atlassian Access though...
