Rule Trigger that is activated by a change in Test Plan Overall Execution Status

Hello,

I would like to build an Automation Rule that may be triggered when a Test Case's status changes (for example from TO DO to PASS or FAIL).

I tried "Issue Update" "Issue transition" without success.

My final purpose is how to detect a change in Test Plan when its Overall Execution Status changes following  test run status's update within a Test execution.
