In Jira on a board and trying t ask Rovo question. No matter what i ask, i get the following response: The message failed.
What is happening and how can i get it working again?

Also, I am receiving an error like "An unknown error occurred".
I checked the status page, but there is no active incident now, or they haven't reported yet :D

According to other posts as well, other users are getting this error. Clear your cache and start in incognito mode. If that doesn't work, you would need to raise a support ticket here
