why does Rovo agent not work right now?

Also, I am receiving an error like "An unknown error occurred".
I checked the status page, but there is no active incident now, or they haven't reported yet :D

Okej, great. that feels better to know that it is not something I might have done. I tried creating a new agent and then it stopped working. Hopefully this is only a momentary bug then.

Try clearing the browser cache anyway. If not, you can create a ticket or wait to be fixed :D
