I have noticed that Rovo is not sharing or finding the information that it was finding and sharing when it was first rolled out a few weeks ago. Has there been performance changes or upgrades that could have impacted the tool usage? I also notice a reference to some Limit: 3 when doing searches now. What does this mean & what is it limiting? Thanks Analyzing: Reviewing your question.

Hi Marianne, Welcome to the Atlassian Community
Rovo is a continuously learning AI. Depending on the data it gets to learn from, it learns different things and situations when to apply the learnt stuff as an answer to questions posed by humans.
The above means that answers can vary when questions stay the same.
Also, Atlassian is moving rapidly to incorporate new search algorithms, which might account for a couple of spanners in the works in the processing of your question to the Rovo knowledge base.
I can imagine that the implementation of a new search engine isn't without cost. A limit on your questions is a way to coerce you to embrace the benefits of a more extensive plan.
Kind regards,
Dick
