Unfortunately, Jira does not have a functionality to sum the estimation of sub-tasks to their related parents. We have a feature request created with our development team to get it implemented:
Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.
As a workaround, you can use a calculated number field from Scriptrunner to properly sum the sub-task estimations. You can check some options using Scriptrunner checking the comments in the feature request provided.
