Road Map is reporting issue as Resolved but it is not.

Road Map is reporting issue as Resolved but it is not.

I created a new Jira project. The 1 issue I added has a status of "open" and a resolution of "In Progress". Why is the RoadMap reporting this issue as "1 of 1 issue Resolved"? The resolution field is not resolved, but "In Progress".

The Road Map uses the resolution field in that way : if the field is empty, it considers the issue as unresolved. If the field is NOT empty, it considers the issue as resolved for the road map display (answer provided by Atlasian support)
