@Marion Lepmets _SoftComply_  - this looks like a great tool!  I have a question - and I apologize if this is documented somewhere in plain sight.  Is it possible to insert the risk reports from your tool into Confluence pages in a way that they would be dynamic & always up to date?

We provide our clients with Jira reports that automatically pull in their risk project’s risk matrix configuration with the risk counts as well as Jira dashboard gadget.

For visualizing risks in Confluence we have a few video clips on how to create risk traceability matrices/tables in our YouTube channel that follow your suggestion of Jira issue macros.

BigPicture has a great risk matrix as part of its overall offerings.

On the free side, you could make a table in Confluence and use the Jira macro to insert issues. You could turn that page into a Confluence template as a risk register page for re-use as well. Just a thought.
