Rich Filter::Service Desk Dashboards in Jira - License issue in Firefox but not Chrome

We installed the Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards in Jira. I am able to see and use the gadget on my dashboard using Chrome. In Firefox an error shows for the Simple Counter and Statistics gadgets "Gadget configuration error: Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards is not licensed."

Anyone have any insight as to why the gadgets would work in Chrome but not Firefox?
