I hope you're all well and ready for the weekend!
I have two identical reports with the exactly the same rich filter configuration in terms of static, dynamic and smart filters. The custom values are also the same. And the views are also identical.
The only difference to a different query filter in the general tab because its a different project.
Everything works as expected. Why wouldn't it?
HOWEVER!
When I select the Rich Filter Results Gadget from one dashboard I am presented with only partial options and on the other dashboard I am presented with all the options as per the imagine below. I've also pointed the dashboard at other backlogs and I am again presented with all the options.
Given the simplicity of this gadget i.e. there aren't many options when configuring it, I am at a complete loss as to why all the options don't show.
I've deleted the gadget and created it again. And again I get the same result with only partial options.
Does anyone have any options to explore please?

Hi @Hardip Singh ,
The options getting listed are the actions or workflow transitions for which you have permission. It is not dependent on the gadget, it is dependent on your permission on those requests.
Please check these tickets, whether you are getting actions like edit, comment.etc on view issue screen.
I got the SM to make the changes to the permissions this morning and its working as expected.

Thanks for replying. I had to read your response thrice before I understood what your guidance was!
And you're absolutely right! When I select an issue from the Rich Filter Results Gadget and go into the Jira issue on the other boards I can see edit, comment and the more buttons.
However when I select an issue on the single dashboard with the partial menu and land on the issue in Jira I see:
I'm not sure I would have connected these two things together, so I'm very happy that you've given me this new insight. And its very much appreciated.
I'll get the admin rights/permission for this board updated and hopefully everything should be resolved. Once this is done on Monday I will do a quick check and accept the answer.
