Revert an Epiq to an earlier state in the Workflow and move an Epiq from one Project to another

Please let me know how to revert an Epiq to an earlier state in the Workflow (from Backlog to New for example)?

How do I do to move an Epiq from one Project to Another Project?

Just to clarify;

Epiq is your issue type?

An earlier state in the workflow, do you mean a different status in the workflow?

Assuming Epiq is an issue type and "state" means status then the easiest way to revert back is set up a transition from the latest status back to the earlier status. You will need to either be an admin or request this of your admin.

As for moving your Epic from one project to another, as a user you will need the permission Move Issues.
