Return someone from Sick on workday

Hi

I`m trying to figure out how to return someone to work on workday.

When I log in I go to time and absence - Return worker from leave - but its at this point I`m stuck as there is no dropdown of an advisor? Even if I select My Team is says No items? I have tried to put the advisors name in the box but that doesn't work its as if the person isn't logged as sick as there is no name drop down. When I go into the persons profile the sickness is highlighted in green so I`m not sure where I have gone wrong with this one?
