We're migrating parts of the app to Forge. To see the latest changes and keep everything running smoothly, please update the app.
Clicking the available link, causes a redirect that spins and never connects.

The message means that the developer of the app has released a new version of it and the app needs to be updated. If you are an admin you can go to admin.atlassian.com, select your site and then go to Site settings > Connected apps. From here you can update the app by clicking on View app details.
