I have a question related to Atlassian Goals:
Is it possible to retroactively update a Key Result? For example: a KR with a duration of 12 weeks, currently in week 8, where the updates for weeks 5 and 6 have not been recorded. Does the tool allow this historical adjustment without impacting the calculations and evolution of the KR?
Hi @Orland Sousa
This is a rare feature among OKR software vendors, and I haven't seen it in Goals.
We have it at Oboard's OKR app for Jira, though:
When updating your OKRs, select the required date in the past, and your trend will be accurate. Helps a lot when some teammates forget to update their KRs on time :)
Yes — you can update a Key Result retroactively in Atlassian Goals/OKR tools by selecting a past date when entering the update. This lets you fill in missing weekly progress without breaking the KR’s progress calculation.

Thank you for your reply @Suraj Pawar, but as you can see in the attached image, there is no option to change the date when updating the goal progress.
