My jira projects were deleted a couple of months ago
Is there a way to retrieve them somehow
Hello @Sonny Doan
Welcome to the Atlasssian community.
Do you mean that your Jira Subscription was deactivated and is inaccessible? Or were some individual projects deleted but others in the same site are still accessible?
If only some projects were deleted but others remain accessible. Then you would need to talk to the Administrators of the Jira instance. By default when a project is deleted it is moved to a Trash bin in Jira. It will be automatically permanently deleted from the Trash bin after 60 days.
If your Jira subscription was deactivated entirely:
If you had a free Jira subscription, Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate those if they remain inactive for an extended period of time. If you had a paid subscription and payment failed, then they may also deactivate it.
In either case multiple emails are sent to the Organization Admins and Billing contacts warning of the deactivation, and then again when the subscription is actually deactivated.
Atlassian will hold the data for a limited period of time to give you a chance to correct the problem and get your subscription reactivated and the data restored. The time period is usually no longer than 60 days.
So, if it has been "a couple of months" then it is likely the data has already been permanently deleted if your subscription was deactivated.
If your subscription was deactivated and you want to find out for sure if the data can still be recovered, you need to contact Atlassian. You can do that by completing and submitting the form on their Billing, Licensing, Pricing support page:

Good luck!
