Restricting Data Imports via CSV

I want to be able to hide the 'Import Issues from CSV' from Project Administrators. Is this possible?

For Jira SERVER, Yes. Refer to this article on disabling CSV import for non Jira admins.

For Jira CLOUD, Nope.
