Restrict Reporter

Hi,

I have a requirement to restrict reporter to certain task, please help me in achieving this.

1. Reporter should only have permission to update comments on his ticket.

2. Reporter should only see tickets created by him in a project.

3. Report should not have access to edit the ticket created him.

You can do this with the permission scheme and issue security.
