Restore proyect or files

Hi there,

Somebody delete a proyect on JIRA and did the same with one our proyects on Confluence. We would like to know if we can rescue the files on Confluence proyect, it was diagrams, etc... is it possible?¿

I know OnDemand is backed up, and the answer depends on that.

I'd raise a support request with OnDemand support, giving them the project and space that you want restored.

For reference, OnDemand backups are for disaster recovery purposes only, not for restoring deleted data. It's possible that the restore can be done by support, but it's also good to note that it is a full DB restore, and any work done since that last backup will be overwritten.
