Restore from SQL Server Backup

we had a server crash on our JIRA Server, since we want to move to JIRA cloud, will it be possible to restore the data from our SQL Server backup?

Is your question about migrating to jira cloud using jira server db backup?

If so, the answer is no.

Yes, and then you can start your migration with the restored instance as your source.
