Resolved Tickets keep reappearing in the backlog.

Tickets that were resolved last month keep reappearing in the backlog.
So, even if I create a new ticket, it's difficult to recognize it because so many resolved tickets are added to the backlog. When I export Excel file of those tickets, I can find those tickets already have 'resolved' state and assigned 'active sprint' which is previous sprint.
Does anyone know a solution?

Hi @Yongwoo_용우 and welcome!

Are you using scrum and planning your work in sprints?

Then most likely the work items was not in the right-most column in your board when you closed the sprint.

That is the only thing that affects if it is regarded as finished in the sprint, not the status, status color or if a resolution is set.

You can confirm this by checking your checking your burndown and sprint report. If you have a flatline in your burndown and the Sprint report shows that issues are not completed in the sprint this confirms the case.

If that looks ok, then please provide a screenshot of the confirmation page when closing the sprint and a screenshot of your right side of your board configuration so  we can help you to troubleshoot this further.

Best regards,
