Resolution

Hi,

For the transitions leading to the done status, I have set resolution Done (not Resolved ) using post functions. Would those Done issues count in the "Created vs resolved" reports?

Hello @Lena Sargsyan 

The Created vs. Resolved report will count issues as Resolved if they have any value in the Resolution field, regardless of what that value is or what the Status value of the issue is.

For this reason it is important that you assign a Resolution value when transitioning the Statuses that are part of the "Done" (green) Status Category, and that you clear the Resolution field if the issue workflow allows issues to move from a "green" status to an In Progress (blue) or To Do (gray) status.

I Lena,

It should since the issue has a value in the Resolution field. Best thing is to try it and see.
