why few bug Issue Types are not showing resolution field drop down under the same project and same workflow?

One Bug Issue Type has resolution field enabled and another one is not having resolution field. But both are in same project and same workflow.

Both Bug Issue Types are in same project, so project settings and configurations are same.

How is the Resolution field getting set? Through post function in the workflow? Through an automation rule?
When you look at the history of the first issue type, who does he say updated the Resolution field?
