Hoping for help with this situation.
We use company-managed projects and have multiple projects, some that use the same workflow.
Problem: For some users (not all) issues automatically have the resolution set to "Done" when these users create a new issue/ticket. I need for this to stop happening, because it's inaccurate and I cannot track data.
When I (and most other team members) enter a new issue/ticket the resolution is left open until it's manually set to done when the work/status is set to "Done".
Why would this be happening?

Check all automation rules active on the project, project rules and global rules.
Check the workflows that are used, are there post-function on the create transition, that trigger this.
