Resell the Jira

Hello Team,

I want to resell the Jira Software to my customer but I want answers for few questions:

1. If suppose my company will be a partner with Jira. Then Jira will provide an interface which will create an account for my company users via API?

2. Which API need to use for account creation?

3. If we resell a jira software then as a Jira partner what facilities you would provide us?

4.Can I become re-seller of Jira? I can create Jira  account in my system using API?

Please answer my questions which will help me for future engagement

Could you re-read the page I've linked to?  It tells you all about reselling Atlassian products.

There is no "API for account creation", that's not how reselling works.
