I am currently running an agile software delivery project using Jira/Confluence.
There is a great deal of client collaboration and as such a relatively high number of Requirement change.
Currently we capture requirements in Confluence Product Requirement Pages and we have 2 Jira boards for managing the stories/sub-tasks which have been broken down based on those requirements. We run 2 week sprint cycles.
I would like to manage the requirement changes as effectively as possible and if keen to understand what is the best way to do this based on people’s experience.
any request we changes received by the client are currently analysed and prioritised and scheduled (ie within existing sprint or later sprints and added to backlog as appropriate)
currently we have a change log on confluence and any changes are linked to the relevant requirements page. However, I’m not sure how we can implement version control in to this too.
