Required Fields

In a last generation project, can I modify, delete and / or rename the required fields? (see attached)

Required fields are set in the field configuration scheme for the issues in the project. When you say delete, I presume that is deleting it from the issues. If you do that you need to remove it as required from the field configuration. I've never tried to rename a field so it may change the name in the field configuration, but I presume it will still be required. What do you mean by modify?

I don't know. You said this was a last generation, which I took to mean what some call a classic project. I don't use next gen projects. There are too many limitations
