Require field when reporter is in group

Hi all,

I've been having difficulty figuring out how to require a custom field if the reporter is in a specific group using ScriptRunner.

Has someone done this before? I'd like to add the script as a condition when creating a bug.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
