Dear Atlassian Support,
My Jira Cloud site qaflex0225mchebaniuk.atlassian.net was deactivated due to inactivity on December 17, 2025. I received a notification that data would be permanently deleted soon.
I am contacting you to ask whether it is still possible to restore the website and its data. If so, please advise me on how to proceed.
I found the documentation about reactivating managed accounts https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/deactivate-a-managed-account/, but when I go to Directory > Managed accounts in the Atlassian Admin Console, the list is empty. This makes me believe that my site (qaflex0225mchebaniuk.atlassian.net) — or the associated managed account — may have already been permanently deleted, not just deactivated

I checked in the backend and would like to inform you that your site is deleted on 23rd December. The subscription was only active until Oct 2025.
