Request to delete Atlassian/Jira account

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

Hi,
I want to delete my Atlassian/Jira account.
My Jira Free subscription is inactive, but I still get the message:
“Your account can't be deleted because you are the last billing admin of a transaction account that has active entitlements.”
I do not have any active projects or subscriptions.
Please help me delete my account.

Hello @Nadica Petkovska 

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

It can take some time for Atlassian to fully process the subscription cancellation request. First the subscription is set to Inactive. The data is held for a period of time so that you reactivate it if you change your mind. At the end of that period then Atlassian begins the permanent deletion of the data.

I believe you will be considered a billing admin until the full deletion process is completed.

As a user community, populated mostly by users of the product, we can't help you directly because we don't have access to your subscription or account.
